If a plugin isn't for you, you get your money back. Ask within 30 days of buying and you'll get a full refund. No questions, no forms to argue with.
How to get one
- Reply to your Paddle receipt email, or request it at paddle.net using the email you bought with. Paddle, our reseller, processes all refunds.
- Or email us at support@deadsignalaudio.com with your order number and we'll sort it out with Paddle for you.
The money goes back to the card or account you paid with. Your bank may take a few days to show it.
After a refund
The license for that purchase ends, so please uninstall the plugin or remove the key. For a bundle, refunds cover the whole bundle.
